Super easy and super yummy

What you need
- 7-12 Dried chillis, cut into halves
- 1 stalk Lemongrass, bruised
- 2 cups Water
- 200 g Mixed mushroom
- 1/2 cups Pumpkin or butternut squash, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp Fermented fish seasoning powder (ปลาร้าผงปรุงรส)
- 2 Tbsp Fish sauce
How to put this together
- Bring water + dried chillies + lemongrass to boil
- Add mushroom + pumpkin
- Season with fermented fish seasoning powder + fish sauce
- Serve with steamed rice
