Fried Egg Tofu with Soy Sauce (เต้าหู้ไข่ทอดราดซีอิ๊ว)

So easy, so good

What you need:
  • Egg tofu (store-bought, or DIY recipe here)
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Coriander leaves (for garnish)
How to put this together:
  1. Cut egg tofu to the sizes your heart desire
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  3. Pan fry them tofu pieces until golden brown, turn them over the brown the other side(s). Takes a few mins on each side. Do NOT overcrowd the pan.
  4. Transfer to a plate, drizzle over some soy sauce
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
  6. Serve immediately
