Easy Shiitake Mushrooms Stir-fry (เห็ดหอมสดผัดซีอิ๊ว)

Easy to make, and so satisfying.
Serves: 2
What you need:
  • 250g Fresh Shiitake mushrooms, cut into bite size
  • 2 Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
How to put this together:
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mushrooms. Stir fry until they wilt slightly.
  3. Add soy sauce. Taste & season.
  4. When mushroom is almost cooked, add spring onions. Drizzle sesame oil.
  5. When mushroom is fully cooked, take off heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
