– 3 Large Dried Chillies, flaked

– 3 Tbsp Thai Chilli Jam (Nam Prik Pao)

– 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

– 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

– 1 tsp Sugar

– A handful Basil Leaves
