Easy Shiitake Mushrooms Stir-fry

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Fresh Shiitake mushrooms cut into bite size
  • 2 Spring onions sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add mushrooms. Stir fry until they wilt slightly.
  • Add soy sauce. Taste & season.
  • When mushroom is almost cooked, add spring onions. Drizzle sesame oil.
  • When mushroom is fully cooked, take off heat.
  • Serve immediately.
