Fresh Shiitake mushrooms
cut into bite size

Spring onions
sliced

Tbsp
Oil

Tbsp
Soy sauce
2
tsp
Sesame oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mushrooms. Stir fry until they wilt slightly.
Add soy sauce. Taste & season.
When mushroom is almost cooked, add spring onions. Drizzle sesame oil.
When mushroom is fully cooked, take off heat.
Serve immediately.
