Fried Egg Tofu with Soy Sauce

  • Egg tofu store-bought, or DIY recipe available
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Coriander leaves for garnish


  • Cut egg tofu to the sizes your heart desire
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
  • Pan fry them tofu pieces until golden brown, turn them over the brown the other side(s). Takes a few mins on each side. Do NOT overcrowd the pan.
  • Transfer to a plate, drizzle over some soy sauce
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Serve immediately
