Instructions
On medium heat, pan roast star anise + cinnamon + sichuan peppercorn until fragrant
Grind them into powder (I use magic bulet)
Mix together chili flakes + salt + powdered spices
On medium heat, heat oil in a pot until hot
Turn off the heat, and leave to cool for 3 mins
Pour hot oil over the mixture. Mix well.
Store in a glass jar
